Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing and operations with accuracy.
• Perform payroll checking, validation, and reconciliation.
• Prepare payroll journals and support monthly/year-end close.
• Support statutory submissions, claims and reporting.
• Administer compensation-related payments with HR.
• Assist with payroll system implementation, UAT and data validation.
• Maintain payroll procedures, controls and documentation.
• Analyze payroll and manpower costs for reporting.
