Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player with ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a mindset for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of payroll-related systems, including UAT, data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Administer and manage compensation schemes in collaboration with HR.
• Prepare payroll journals and invoices for monthly and year-end financial closing.
• Analyse manpower costs and support management reporting and dashboards.
• Support claims submissions and reporting where required.
