Job summary

CERTIS GROUP - GHR is seeking a payroll professional in Singapore to handle weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.

You will ensure updates in the payroll system, manage statutory submissions such as IR21 and IR8A, and assist with government claims and audits. The role requires a Diploma in HR/Business, 2-3 years of payroll experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in HR/Business required.
• 2-3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and IR21/IR8A submissions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and accurate with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for the company
• Ensure all monthly or adhoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
• Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filing for the company such as IR21 and IR8A
• Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, eg. NS reservist claims,
• Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors
• Manage queries from employees, Business HR and Finance
• Assist in user acceptance testing for system fix/ enhancement
