Certis Tech-Ops and Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for the company in Singapore.

You will handle statutory submissions, payments, IR21/IR8A, government claims, and payroll audits, while liaising with employees and Finance to resolve payroll queries. Experience with SAP Payroll is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management or related business discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory submissions such as IR21/IR8A.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Process weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Update monthly or adhoc payments and deductions in payroll system.
• Handle statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filling such as IR21 and IR8A.
• Process government claims (e.g., NS reservist claims).
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during payroll audits.
• Manage payroll queries from employees, Business HR and Finance.
• Assist in user acceptance testing for system fix/enhancement.
