Job summary

RS Facilities Services Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll/HR Administrator to handle bi-weekly payroll, maintain employee records, and address payroll inquiries. This role requires proactive coordination of training, certificates uploads, and regular HR support.

You will be based at Balestier/Kim Keat Road with standard hours, and occasional extended payroll duties during giro periods. The candidate should have prior payroll experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll with additions and deductions and ensure compliance.
• Maintain HR files and employee records, upload certificates to system timely.
• Address payroll-related queries and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Prepare payroll reports for internal use or submission to authorities.
• Administer training coordination, enrolment, and record maintenance.
• Provide support in administrative duties and general HR tasks.
• Work independently with driving attention to detail and multi-tasking.
