HRnetOne in Singapore is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of Singapore clients. You will ensure accurate processing, timely submissions and statutory compliance while addressing client queries and resolving issues.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of full-cycle payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and proficient Excel skills to support payroll processes and reporting.

Formación

• 3–5 years of full-cycle payroll experience for Singapore entities.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll practices and statutory requirements.
• Independent with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore clients.
• Process payroll inputs including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, leave and benefits.
• Handle client and employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Perform payroll checks, reconciliations and variance analysis before payroll finalisation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment and statutory requirements, including submissions.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Manage multiple payroll deadlines and support time-sensitive payroll matters when required.
