CERTIS TECH-OPS AND SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous payroll professional to manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate postings and timely submissions.

The role involves collaborating with HR, IT, and business units on policy changes and process improvements to strengthen payroll accuracy and compliance. The successful candidate will handle tax-related matters, government leave claims, audits, and payroll queries with confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute monthly payroll processing accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure payroll costs are posted correctly and promptly.
• Prepare and submit CPF, tax-related matters and government-paid leave claims accurately and on time.
• Handle payroll clearance, recovery and final payment computations for resignations, terminations and dismissals.
• Respond to employee payroll queries professionally while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
• Partner with Business Units, Group HR and IT teams on policy changes, service requests, automation initiatives and UAT testing.
• Identify process gaps, perform root-cause analysis and implement improvements to strengthen payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements and corporate HR policies.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on payroll, employee data and headcount-related matters.
• Prepare payroll-related management reports and provide guidance to team members where required.
