Job summary

BIPO SERVICE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Singapore to deliver accurate and timely payroll services for clients using the BIPO platform.

You will review tax reports, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, protect confidential data, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain seamless data flows within the system. The role also involves mentoring junior payroll specialists and supporting continuous improvements to processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Payroll/ HRIS/ HR Generalist roles.
• Experience with payroll software and data integrity is preferred.
• Proactive learner with willingness to stay updated on statutory changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review tax reports, ensure tax returns and data accuracy.
• Protect confidentiality and manage client data securely.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow to BIPO platform.
• Mentor payroll specialists and guide new joiners.

Job Description:

·Perform full spectrum of payroll process to ensure accurate,timely and compliant delivery for clients

·Ensure accuracy prior to processing of payroll, by conductingquality assurance within each payroll cycle

·Work closely with stakeholders to create necessary interfacesand ensure accurate data flow

·Review tax reports and returns, address discrepancies andprocess necessary amendments

·Ensure accurate payroll tax return

·Ensure client queries are handled promptly to ensure theirproficiency with BIPO platform

·Ensure proper handling of confidential client’s data

·Be the payroll process and product expert; continuously andpro-actively learn and be familiar with BIPO’s products, services and updates

·Keep oneself updated of the changes in statutoryrequirements and ensure that payroll is complied with the changes

·Establish good relationshipwith Clients

·Be a buddy and mentoring Payroll Specialists inthe team providing guidance and direction to newjoiners

·Ability to take on additionalduties assigned as Client need arises

Requirements:

·Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources/ Information Systems preferred

·3-5 years ofexperience in Payroll/ HRIS/ HR/ HR Generalist role is preferred;

·SelfMotivated

·Passion for learning Information System Solutions

·Disciplined individual who works systematically, attentive todetails even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

·Work experience with payroll software will be an advantage

·Proficiency in client management

·Ability to work under time pressure
