HRnetOne in Singapore is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of Singapore clients. You will ensure accurate processing, timely submissions and statutory compliance while addressing client queries and resolving issues.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of full-cycle payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and proficient Excel skills to support payroll processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle payroll experience for Singapore entities.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll practices and statutory requirements.
• Independent with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems.
