The Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Payroll is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll for the Group's Singapore operations and provides payroll oversight and support for overseas entities. The role will manage the end-to-end payroll process for Singapore employees, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies and payroll controls. For overseas entities, the role will act as a payroll checker and reviewer, working closely with local HR teams and/or payroll vendors to validate payroll accuracy and compliance. Where required, the role may also step in as the payroll processor to support overseas payroll operations, particularly during periods of transition, staff absence, system changes or other operational requirements.\
\Manage end-to-end Singapore payroll, including payroll inputs, statutory submissions, reconciliations, variance checks, employee queries and payroll reporting.\
\Review and validate overseas payroll prepared by HR/Finance teams and payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of discrepancies.\
\Maintain and enhance payroll processes, SOPs and controls across Singapore and overseas entities, supporting audits, system improvements and process automation.\
\Partner with HR, Finance, overseas teams, payroll vendors and statutory authorities on payroll, budgeting, reporting and related matters.\
\Support HRIS evaluation and implementation, including vendor assessment, system testing, data migration, documentation and post-implementation support.\
\Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis, including market data collection, salary positioning, internal equity and support for annual salary reviews and budgeting.\
\Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, compensation and workforce costs, highlighting key trends and insights for management.\
\Maintain strict confidentiality, data accuracy and security of employee, payroll and HR information in accordance with applicable requirements.\
\Minimum 5–8 years of relevant payroll experience, with strong hands-on Singapore payroll experience\
\Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline\
\Experience in reviewing or managing payroll across multiple entities/jurisdictions is an advantage\
\Familiarity with payroll systems/HRIS and strong Excel skills\
\Strong attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills\
\Good understanding of payroll controls, reconciliation and statutory compliance\
\Able to work independently, manage confidential information and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries\
\English language proficiency\
