Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Payment Technology to lead the motoring digital transformation and build a trusted payment backbone for real-time transactions.

You will shape the technical direction for payments, design robust system integrations, partner with payment processors, and ensure security and compliance across PCI DSS, MAS TRM, IM8, and OWASP ASVS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital payments and payment systems.
• Strong ability to design system architectures and solutioning for complex payment flows.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across tech and business teams.
• Familiarity with payment schemes, acquirers, processors, and banks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Payment Backbone: drive technical direction for payments capture, authorisation, clearing and settlement.
• Technical Solutioning: define system connections, interface control documents and robust designs.
• Bridge Rails & Partners: collaborate with payment agents and processors for broad acceptance of digital methods.
• Settlement & Reconciliation: design flows to reconcile across providers and banks.
• Ensure Security, Compliance, Reliability: audit controls to PCI DSS, MAS TRM, IM8, OWASP ASVS.
• Champion Cross-Team Alignment: bridge vendors, engineers and leadership to deliver delightful user experiences.
