Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Senior Technical Manager (Payment) to lead end-to-end software delivery for payments applications. You will oversee SDLC, drive quality, and coordinate across application teams to ensure timely releases and smooth production cutovers.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive IT project management experience in payments, familiarity with SDLC methodologies, and ability to align technical delivery with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with 10+ years IT project management experience in financial/payments domain.
• Proven leadership of IT delivery teams and large-scale projects.
• Experience with functional and technical specifications and system development.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development processes for payments applications.
• Oversee QA and SDLC alignment, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Plan cross-team dependencies and technical implementation for smooth production cutover.
• Collaborate with System Analysts, Business Analysts and SMEs to refine requirements and enhancements.
• Identify, track and escalate risks; provide status updates to PM and senior management.
