Job summary

Public Service Division, Singapore, invites applications for a senior IT professional to lead the development, deployment and ongoing maintenance of critical payment and securities systems within MAS, including MEPS+ and related infrastructure. You will drive agile delivery, manage complex vendor relationships, design scalable architectures, and ensure ICT governance compliance across government platforms.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in supporting/implementing payments & securities settlement systems.
• Experience in application management, deployment, monitoring and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, tools and delivery processes.
• Ability to elicit requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Experience with testing, vendor management and tender specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, deployment and maintenance of core application systems.
• Evaluate SD&M methodologies and analyse IT changes impact on operations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and translate user needs into stories.
• Manage agency’s application portfolio and lifecycle.
• Oversee testing processes and propose improvements.
