Job summary

Persol Singapore is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to handle and resolve enquiries and requests from our Patient Service Centre, ensuring timely and professional responses.

You will coordinate with external parties and internal departments to facilitate safe outpatient referrals, ensure all referrals follow hospital protocols, and provide administrative support for daily operations. Diploma holders with 1 year of relevant experience and strong communication skills are welcome.

• Handle and resolve enquiries and requests from the Patient Service Centre promptly.
• Coordinate with external parties and internal departments for referrals to outpatient appointments.
• Ensure referrals follow hospital protocols and procedures.
