Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily preparation and baking of cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked products.
  • Ensure consistent product quality by strictly following established recipes, SOPs, and production standards.
  • Uphold all food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness requirements in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation at all times.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of finished goods, ingredients, and baking supplies.
  • Ensure proper handling, labelling, and storage of products in chillers and freezers.
  • Assist in the picking, packing, and labelling of baked goods for retail and wholesale orders.
  • Perform mise‑en‑place efficiently while minimising wastage and optimising production flow.
  • Support the team in any other ad hoc duties as required by the management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant bakery or pastry production experience.
  • Strong passion for baking, with a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
