Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Executive to lead the full sales cycle for high-value strategic partnerships across the Asia Pacific region. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver tailored partnership solutions in line with Expedia Group's commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or new business development.
• Proven track record of leading commercial negotiations, managing strategic accounts, and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven, commercially minded approach to market trends and opportunities.
• Regional APAC experience preferred; proficiency in English and Mandarin.

• Identify and prioritize prospective partners across relevant verticals with market insights and Expedia capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and develop tailored partnership solutions.
• Grow and expand strategic accounts by increasing revenue and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing and internal teams to negotiate and execute complex agreements.
• Influence internal strategy and collaborate across a matrixed organisation to strengthen the pipeline.

In this role, you will

• Lead the full sales cycle for high-value strategic partnerships across Asia Pacific region, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting, and launch.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritise prospective partners across relevant industry verticals, using market insights, partner needs, and Expedia Group`s capabilities to develop compelling business cases.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and develop tailored partnership solutions aligned with partner objectives and Expedia Group`s commercial goals.
• Grow and expand strategic accounts by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, deepen engagement, and deliver long-term value.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial and technical agreements.
• Influence internal business strategies and collaborate across a matrixed organisation to deliver successful regional partnerships and strengthen the business development pipeline.

Experience and Qualifications

• You have 7+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or new business development, preferably with financial institutions, airlines, or other major organisations.
• You have a proven track record of leading commercial negotiations, managing strategic accounts, and delivering measurable business growth through partnerships.
• You build strong relationships and communicate effectively, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across internal and external organisations.
• You take a data-driven, commercially minded approach to analysing market trends, evaluating opportunities, and translating insights into compelling business cases.
• You have strong attention to detail and can translate complex commercial or technical requirements into practical solutions while managing multiple priorities.
• Regional account management or experience working across Asia Pacific region is preferred. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required because the role involves engaging some key partners and stakeholders in Mandarin.
