Wise Platform Senior Partner Operations Manager APAC is a full-time role focusing on enterprise partnerships. You will own the operational strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-value partners, driving improvements in their payments experience, stability, and growth.

You will work with cross-functional teams across operations, product, tech, legal, and compliance to resolve root causes, sustain partnerships, and unlock new solutions in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience.
• Experience driving projects to improve operational metrics and SLAs.
• Data-driven decision maker with ability to analyse large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational strategy and execution for a portfolio of high‑value enterprise partners on Wise Platform.
• Drive continuous improvement in partner payments experience to ensure stability and growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across operations, product, tech, legal, compliance, implementation, and business development to resolve issues.
