Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Partner Operations Manager (Japanese Speaking) to own the operational strategy and execution for a portfolio of enterprise partners on Wise Platform. You will drive improvements in payments experience, retention, and scalability by coordinating across operations, product, tech, legal, compliance, and account management, with a focus on Japanese-speaking partners in Japan.

You’ll lead data-driven analyses, run quarterly business reviews, manage stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience with enterprise clients.
• Fluency in Japanese for meetings with Japan-based customers.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance).
