Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Partner Operations Manager to own the operational strategy and execution for a portfolio of enterprise partners on Wise Platform, driving performance improvements and revenue retention.

You will collaborate with product, tech, legal, compliance, implementation and business development to resolve root causes, scale operations, and expand partner value, including supporting enterprise partners in Japan with fluent Japanese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise operations experience.
• Fluency in Japanese for managing partners in Japan.
• Experience driving projects to improve operational metrics and SLAs.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven with ability to analyse large datasets for improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management with C-level influence.
• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational strategy and execution for Enterprise partner portfolio.
• Collaborate with product, tech, legal, and compliance to resolve issues.
• Drive revenue retention and operational performance across Wise Platform partners.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and data-driven performance reviews.
• Advocate partner needs to influence product roadmaps.
• Develop scalable partner processes and workflow improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive API/webhook integration.
