Job summary

Wise in Singapore is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex partner integrations within the Wise Platform. You will coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations and Sales to deliver high-impact programs for APAC partners, including banks and large enterprises.

You will manage end-to-end implementation lifecycles, drive cross-functional execution, navigate regulatory requirements, and build trusted relationships with executives and technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in banking/fintech.
• Experience managing complex multi-phase projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Experience leading API and SWIFT payment integrations with large organizations.
• Proven ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks through project governance.
• Strong verbal and written communication, capable of presenting to C-suite and teams.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for working with Mandarin-speaking markets.
