The role requires translating standards into disciplined execution, owning P&L, and building a strong frontline team.

You will oversee inventory, procurement and supply chain, maintain safety and food quality, and lead the team through peak periods with visibility on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience managing P&L and improving sales, margin and costs.
• “Proven ability to control inventory and optimize supply chain.”
• Strong leadership with coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and drive revenue, profitability, and EBITDA targets.
• Lead daily operations across all service periods with standards.
• Manage inventory, procurement coordination and supply chain.
• Recruit, train and develop frontline team; manage rosters and attendance.
• Ensure customer experience, food safety and compliance.
