Job summary

Concentrix in Singapore is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Sales Development (Japanese Speaker) to engage customers, qualify leads and drive conversions. You will work with a Sales Manager and utilize AI-enabled tools to optimize outbound outreach for Japanese-speaking customers across APAC.

The role requires 4+ years in sales, English and Japanese fluency, experience with high-volume calling, and CRM experience. On-site role at Mapletree Business City, Singapore.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a sales role.
• Proven success achieving quotas or goals.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work with data.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled sales and productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing Japanese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop product knowledge and understand services to assess client requirements.
• Identify and help resolve customer concerns affecting satisfaction.
• Manage competitive pressures and objections to retain or win customers.
• Handle a high volume of daily contacts via phone and email with outbound focus.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support prospect research and outreach for Japanese customers.
• Collaborate with team and report to Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Engage in lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, feedback, and renewals.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to support follow-up and admin tasks with accuracy.
