Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to own site operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 8 years in warehouse/logistics with 2–5 years in senior supervision, strong WMS skills (SAP/Oracle/Manhattan), and a focus on cost control and safety compliance. You will report to leadership and collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in warehouse operations or logistics.
• 2-5 years in senior supervisory/managerial roles leading warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and inventory controls.
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen and safety audits.
• Ability to manage budgets and KPIs.

About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading global 3PL client to appoint a Senior Warehouse Manager. You will take full ownership of site operations, drive continuous improvement, manage P&L / operating costs, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with overall program & company strategic objectives.
• Manage operating costs, drive continuous improvement projects, and ensure financial profitability of the program.
• Lead, motivate & mentor warehouse operations and administrative teams.
• Enforce strict compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Security (QHSS) and audit standards.
• Oversee staff training, leave approvals, disciplinary processes and authorized system / transaction changes.
• Represent the site in key stakeholder meetings, including Monthly KPI reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Management Reviews and internal / external project rollouts.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or supply chain logistics, with 2-5 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role leading warehouse teams (e.g. supervisors, operators, pickers / packers).
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Technical & System Expertise: Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS such as SAP, Oracle or Manhattan) and advanced inventory management (FIFO / LIFO, cycle counting, stock accuracy).
• Operations & Compliance: Proven track record in high-volume distribution environments, paired with a strong grasp of safety regulations, audit compliance and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
• Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills under high-pressure conditions.
