Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking a Senior Executive, Operations to support daily logistics activities, warehouse processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience in contract logistics, WMS/ERP systems, and team supervision to ensure accurate system transactions and compliant operations.

You will work closely with the operations team to optimize daily execution, drive KPI performance, and implement Lean/Kaizen initiatives, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract logistics, warehouse operations, or operational support.
• Hands-on knowledge of WMS and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and macros.
• Experience preparing SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations to meet service levels, timelines and KPIs.
• Support day-to-day operations and resolve workflow issues.
• Maintain data accuracy as WMS Super User and assist system troubleshooting.
• Perform advanced WMS transactions such as inventory reversals and cycle counts.
• Update SOPs and work instructions with proper version control.
• Assist with start-ups, volume ramp-ups, and system implementations.
• Participate in UAT and provide post-implementation support.
• Handle staff performance and workplace conflicts per company policy.
• Identify and resolve shift-level issues to maintain productivity.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and improve reporting efficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Operations to support daily logistics operations, warehouse processes, system activities, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in contract logistics, warehouse operations, WMS/ERP systems, and team supervision . You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth daily execution, accurate system transactions, effective reporting, and compliance with operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations to ensure service levels, delivery timelines, and KPIs are achieved.
• Support day-to-day operational activities and resolve issues affecting workflow and service performance.
• Act as a WMS Super User , maintaining data accuracy and supporting system troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Perform advanced WMS transactions, including inventory reversals, manual allocations, and cycle count adjustments.
• Maintain and update SOPs and Work Instructions with proper version control.
• Support operational start-ups, volume ramp-ups, process changes, and system implementation activities.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support during post-implementation and hyper-care periods.
• Handle staff performance and disciplinary matters in accordance with company procedures.
• Resolve shift-level conflicts and maintain a professional and productive working environment.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
• Use advanced Excel functions to automate and streamline operational reporting.
• Support Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering , or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract logistics, warehouse operations, shift supervision, or operational business support.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of WMS and ERP systems .
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and macros .
• Good experience in preparing SOPs, Work Instructions, and operational documentation.
• Previous experience supervising a team and handling staff performance or workplace conflicts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
