Job summary

Mitra Famosa International Private Limited is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities in Singapore. You will lead picking, packing, dispatch, returns and inventory control while driving improvements in productivity and service levels.

You will establish SOPs, manage staffing across shifts and build a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and knowledge of WMS/ERP are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma with 8-12+ years in supply chain, operation management or business-related subjects.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, WMS/ERP systems and supply chain operations.
• Experience in process improvement, cost management and operational KPI management.
• Strong leadership, communication and good knowledge of workplace safety and warehouse compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch, returns and stock control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, capacity utilization and service levels.
• Establish and monitor warehouse processes, SOPs and performance standards to ensure consistency.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse managers, supervisors and operations teams.
• Plan manpower requirements and ensure staffing levels across shifts.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control.
• Monitor stock movements, discrepancies and slow-moving inventory.
• Manage performance and costs, and optimize use of systems and technology (WMS, ERP).
• Ensure safety, compliance and risk assessments across the site.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, contractors and other partners.
• Track KPIs on inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and on-time dispatch/delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily warehouse operations, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and inventory control

• Ensure smooth and efficient .

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, capacity utilization and service levels.

• Establish and monitor warehouse processes, SOPs and performance standards.

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse anagers, supervisors and operation teams.

• Plan manpower requirements and ensure appropriate saffing levels across shifts.

• Build a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, sagety and continuous improvement.

• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through effective stock control and cycle-counting programs.

• Monitor stock movements, discrepancies, slow-moving inventory and stock losses

• Performance & Cost Management.

• Safety & Compliance - ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, company policies, risk assessments, etc ...

• Stakeholder management - able to manage relationships with logistics provider, suppliers, contractors and other external partners.

Profile
