Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee large-scale warehouse operations within a 3PL logistics setting. You will lead multiple teams, drive service excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure performance aligns with business and client expectations.

This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys driving change, and developing high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience within warehouse or 3PL logistics operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations and customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing operational budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboard/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Warehouse Excellence initiatives is highly preferred.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and operational best practices.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Manage department budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation effectively.
• Evaluate and justify capital expenditure (CAPEX) initiatives for operational improvements.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

About the Role

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience within warehouse or 3PL logistics operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations and customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing operational budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
