You will oversee production planning, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, HR and Support functions to sustain performance and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in Operations or Aerospace Aftermarket MRO.
• Proven leadership of a business unit or large operations teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a matrix environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational leadership to meet delivery commitments and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the cell workforce to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Manage production hours and align with targets to meet revenue goals and reduce costs.
• Interface with Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Support, Materials and other functions to achieve objectives.
• Drive monthly sales and delivery performance, margins, costs, and productivity metrics.
