Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience in the aviation industry.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated progressive managerial experience.
• Experience in precision machining production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations function and ensure that all production activities meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement production systems and processes that align with overall vision.
• Ensure planning and control of manufacturing including materials and scheduling.
