Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking an Operations Lead in Singapore to drive capacity planning, optimize production, and manage resources to achieve TAT, OTD, and financial targets. The role emphasizes workforce development, safety, and continuous improvement within a CORE-driven environment.

You will collaborate across Safety, Quality, Engineering and Operations, building leadership and delivering measurable results while contributing to CORE improvement roadmaps for regional operations.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Production Engineering or Diploma in Engineering with aviation experience.
• Experience with aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance/repair of gas turbine engines is advantageous.
• Knowledge of RTX CORE Operating system is required; MRO shop experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with analytical mindset.
• Motivated, proactive, and a good team player with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Drive capacity planning and set day-to-day objectives within a defined area of responsibility.
• Assign tasks to teams to meet production targets and service standards.
• Manage resources to optimize Turnaround Time, On-Time Delivery and financial goals.
• Ensure workforce competence through structured training programs and ongoing development.
• Track productivity, SAP hour management, overtime, and non-productive time reduction.
• Foster employee welfare, career development and engagement initiatives.
• Promote a safety-first, performance-driven culture and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as operations lead for cross-functional requests and issue resolution.
• Develop leadership potential and drive accountability within the team.
• Input for hiring, firing, promotions, and performance rewards for direct reports.
• Harmonize CORE deployment standards and share best practices across functions.
