Job summary

RTX Corporation in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to drive capacity planning, set daily objectives and optimize resources to meet TAT, OTD and financial targets. You will assign tasks, develop teams, and ensure safety and compliance across CORE deployment standards.

Applicants should have a mechanical/aerospace background with 4+ years (or diploma with 8+ years) in aviation/MRO, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Production Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 8 years of aviation experience.
• Experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines is advantageous.
• Knowledge of RTX CORE Operating system and prior MRO shop experience preferred.
• Analytical with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong drive for success and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive capacity planning and set day-to-day objectives within area of responsibility.
• Assign tasks to teams to meet production activities and targets.
• Manage resources to achieve TAT, OTD, and financial objectives.
• Ensure workforce competence through training and development.
• Track productivity, SAP hour management, overtime control, and reduce non-productive time.
• Promote safety-first, and compliance-driven culture.
• Collaborate across functions to drive alignment and sustain results.
• Develop leadership potential and foster engagement and accountability.
• Input for hiring, promotions and performance rewards for direct reports.
• Harmonize CORE deployment standards and share best practices.
• Contribute to CORE improvement roadmaps and translate strategy into execution.
• Maintain CORE knowledge sharing across sites and visualize key metrics.
• Develop KPI dashboards tracking OEE, cost, quality, and delivery.
