Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Experience in healthcare, operations or customer service is advantageous.
• Able to communicate well in writing and verbally, with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle complaints and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations of Community Care Team in an assigned area to support residents in leading a healthy lifestyle.
• Engage community partners to collaborate in taking care of residents' health and coordinate operations.
• Assist in operations planning in the assigned area, including data analysis and monitoring workload.
• Support in improving community operations and residents' experience, piloting new programmes and evaluating pilots.
• Contribute to Patient Experience efforts by managing feedback and addressing residents' concerns.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
