Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Lead for Home Care to manage frontline services across a designated zone. You will optimise manpower, ensure timely and high-quality care, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement policy updates.

You will engage external partners to pilot new workflows, map client journeys, and supervise recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of care staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or community care operations.
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and at least one local language.
• Willing to travel to visit clients at home.
• Proficient with office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline operations for the assigned Home Care zone and optimise manpower.
• Coordinate care coordinators to ensure timely, high-quality services.
• Engage external partners to develop pilots and map client journeys.
• Supervise onboarding and training for new care staff.
• Coordinate assessments and care planning using standard tools.
• Support service delivery, follow-ups, and escalation of issues.
• Engage with local social and healthcare partners to support clients.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings.
