• Handle enquiries from the public and stakeholders.
• Manage logistics for functional screening events.
• Coordinate event calendars and partnerships with community partners.
• Support staff rostering for event deployment.
• Data management: ensure data security, accuracy and consistency.
• Extract/process participants' data pre- and post-event and support follow-up.
• Deployment to events and outreach; engage residents for awareness and sign-ups.
• Provide secretariat support for department meetings and contribute to quality improvement.
