Job summary

REGENT LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate daily control centre operations, manage inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service across transport distribution and automotive logistics.

You will collaborate with teams to resolve issues, update logs and reports, and ensure timely stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has a diploma in logistics or related field and at least two years of relevant experience, with proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport distribution, first/last mile delivery operations, or automotive logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with port operations and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Singapore traffic rules and regulations.
• Working knowledge of automotive logistics.
• Understanding of supply chain fulfilment, ground distribution, and first/last mile operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily control centre operations to ensure seamless workflow and high service standards
• Collaborate with team members to evaluate operational lapses, implement corrective actions, and recommend process improvements
• Manage inventory efficiently to meet customer demand and support supply chain fulfilment
• Handle customer inquiries across multiple communication platforms providing product knowledge and assistance throughout the customers’ journey
• Update customer service logs accurately and maintain data integrity
• Review operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the reporting officer
• Manage all stakeholders in assigned accounts professionally and ensure timely communication
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer
