Job summary

Singapore-based automotive MNC regional parts centre seeks a logistics-focused professional to support customer operations and relationship management within the supply chain function.

You will maintain customer records, handle enquiries and escalations, support pricing, returns and buyback processes, and prepare KPI, revenue and performance reports for management review. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customer operations and relationship management for an automotive MNC’s regional parts centre, within the logistics / supply chain function.
• Maintain customer records, agreements, contact database and related account information.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
• Support pricing, returns, buyback requests and other customer-related processes.
• Prepare KPI, revenue, market and performance reports for management review.
• Analyse data and highlight trends, service gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support customer engagement activities such as business reviews, workshops and visits.
• Review work instructions, process documents and assist in process improvement initiatives.
