Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics-focused professional to support customer operations, manage relationships for a regional automotive parts centre, and coordinate with internal teams.

You will prepare KPI and revenue reports, analyze data to identify trends and gaps, and assist in process improvements while engaging with stakeholders and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, analytical and good in problem-solving; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support customer operations and relationship management for an automotive MNC's regional parts centre, within the logistics / supply chain function.
