Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager to lead HPC AI sales, with an on-site role primarily based in an HPE office.

You will drive strategic sales initiatives, build and manage a high-performing team, and foster executive relationships with key customers to grow revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• University or Bachelor's degree, advanced university or Master's degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of sales and progressive management experience.
• 10-15 years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for business growth, market share and revenue increases.
• Set quotas and goals; developed tactics to generate new sales and contributed to sales strategy.
• Ensure optimum sales coverage through direct and partner sales resources; build pipeline and manage resources.
• Lead and develop sales teams; foster talent and drive long-term growth opportunities.
• Engage with Global Business Units to leverage products and solutions and drive customer value.
