Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Lead AI Engineer to drive AI/ML design, development and deployment. You will lead a team of AI/ML developers, define best practices, and deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions aligned with business goals.

You will design end-to-end AI pipelines, collaborate with analysts and architects, and stay ahead with emerging tools and secure governance practices. This onsite role is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on software engineering with a focus on AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise including helm, pod management, scaling and troubleshooting.
• Experience with MLops/AIOps tools and cloud AI services (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications and APIs on Kubernetes-based infra.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and perform code reviews.
• Establish best practices, maintain runbooks, and ensure secure compliant solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to enhance platform capabilities.
