Job summary

Google LLC in Singapore seeks a Customer Engineer for High Performance Computing to accelerate AI/ML deployments and optimize HPC infrastructure for customers in APAC. You will lead pre-sales technical strategy, architect TPU deployments, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Data Center teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

English proficiency is required; Mandarin communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of cloud-native or HPC infrastructure architecture in a customer-facing role.
• Experience developing and deploying distributed AI/ML workloads on AI accelerator hardware.

Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales technical strategy and build go-to-market solutions with customers and data center hosting partners.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor on end-to-end architecture across TPU software stack and customer environments.
• Guide customers through technical qualification, pod layout design, system turn-up, and operational readiness.
• Conduct workload profiling and optimization for large-scale training and inference on Google Cloud TPU hardware.
