Penguin Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Solutions Architect to join our team in Singapore.

In this role you will act as the lead technical visionary in the pre-sales process, translating complex customer challenges into end-to-end AI and HPC solutions aligned with customer missions and Penguin Solutions' goals. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to craft feasible architectures, deliver technical briefings, and support procurement efforts across regulated enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales technical role such as Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Deep hands-on experience designing complex, large-scale enterprise systems (AI/ML, HPC, Big Data, or enterprise software).
• Exceptional presentation, whiteboarding, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple design and architecture projects in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong understanding of the interplay between software, hardware, and networking in data centers.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers across HPC, Cloud, and AI/ML in secure enterprise environments.
• Partner with sales to identify, qualify, architect, and close opportunities, including direct agency engagements and work through prime contractors and integrators.
• Lead and contribute to technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and other procurement vehicles, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Penguin Solutions capabilities.
• Translate customer mission, security, and performance requirements into end-to-end solution architectures.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, architecture reviews, and solution briefings for Federal customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between sales and internal teams to ensure feasible, differentiated, and deliverable solutions.
• Provide Operations with clear product, cluster, networking, and design intent for factory-integrated and field-deployed solutions.
• Support competitive positioning by articulating Penguin Solutions' value over alternatives.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer meetings, briefings, and technical workshops.
