ECCO CHINA WHOLESALE HOLDING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Omnichannel Operations & Marketplace Management professional to oversee the seamless flow of orders across DAX, SAP, and 3PL, while coordinating between sales channels and IT.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, monitor order fulfilment, outages, and returns, and support stores and customer service teams across Singapore and Malaysia. The role requires collaboration with Retail Operations, E‑Commerce, Supply Chain, and IT to

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Supply Chain.
Power BI or SAP S/4HANA certification/experience is a plus.
Experience in retail operations, omnichannel fulfilment, or logistics.
Familiarity with SAP, DAX, or similar order management systems.
Experience with Excel and basic data analysis; Power BI exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between sales channels and IT for DAX system functionality.
Monitor end-to-end omnichannel order flow across fulfilment channels from DAX to SAP to 3PL.
Generate and communicate reports on expired, cancelled, and pending orders.
Guide stores in resolving DAX-related operational issues.
Coordinate resolution of omnichannel customer service queries with Retail Ops.
Manage third-party marketplace (3PM) order fulfilment processes.
Monitor short-shipped and unsatisfiable orders in SAP; liaise with 3PL daily.
Coordinate returns processing and reverse logistics.
Provide backup support for customer service during peak periods.
Identify opportunities to improve omnichannel workflows and system efficiency.
