COLD WEAR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is recruiting a Retail Executive to coordinate day-to-day operations across our online store, e-marketplace and physical outlets. You will ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels, keeping stock, pricing and promotions aligned.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working across digital and in-store retail environments and collaborating with Marketing and the Retail Manager on omnichannel initiatives.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or e-commerce.
• Prior exposure to both online and physical retail operations is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with data and reports; basic understanding of retail sales cycles and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operations between online store and physical outlets.
• Monitor stock levels across e-commerce and store POS to prevent overselling.
• Update and maintain product listings, pricing and promotions across channels.
• Compile and consolidate sales performance reports for management.

Educación

Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field

1-3 years of experience in retail operations or e-commerce

Comfortable working with data and reports
