Job summary

Samsung Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Online Operations Executive reporting to the Head of Insights and Operations (Online) to ensure seamless day-to-day eCommerce operations for Samsung.com and key marketplaces.

You will manage order fulfillment, stock availability, refunds, vendor coordination, and KPI tracking, with a focus on process improvements, fraud governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, order fulfillment, or vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in eCommerce tools and platforms, OMS, inventory management software, and data reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment activities, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays or cancellations.
• Manage inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve payment-related issues and manage refunds and cancellations.
• Drive trade-in program execution and collaborate with vendors to address validation errors and payment discrepancies.
• Validate vendor invoices, reconcile transactions, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline operations and reduce errors.
• Support fraud detection processes by flagging operational anomalies and coordinating resolution.
