Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Pte Ltd is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to oversee go-live and hypercare for the regional ecommerce expansion in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong & Taiwan, introducing omni-channel capabilities such as Ship from Store and Click & Collect.

Post go-live, the role manages ecommerce returns, personalization, inventory reconciliation, and supports distribution across South Asia Pacific. Collaboration with regional markets and Global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Supply Chain, sales or stock analysis in Luxury/retail.
• Proficient in data analysis and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ecommerce expansion and omni-channel implementation projects with stakeholders.
• Manage UATs to ensure system readiness for go-live (OMS, WMS, ERP, carriers).
• Support change management through training and SOP development; hypercare after launch.
• Support Warehouse with returns, personalization, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Follow up on sold orders, stock disposition, and reporting improvements.
