Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify leasing opportunities by monitoring market trends, tenant demand and competitor activity.
• Support leasing strategies through periodic market research and benchmarking.
• Provide market insights and management with leasing performance updates.
• Coordinate property viewings, prepare leasing proposals and marketing materials.
• Lead lease negotiations and structure commercial terms for tenants.
• Prepare and coordinate lease agreements, renewals and tenancy documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Prepare leasing budgets, forecasts, reports and management updates.
• Create brochures, EDMs, listings and track marketing campaigns across channels.
