Qualifications

• Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Strong interest in luxury residential real estate.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in residential property leasing, sales, property marketing or related field. Fresh graduates with strong interest will be considered.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our client is a leading Real Estate company. They are looking for a Leasing Executive to assist their Sales and Marketing team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore- easily accessible.

Duties

• Leasing Management: Oversee end-to-end leasing activities for residential properties, including tenant enquiries, viewings, negotiations, lease documentation and unit handovers.
• Tenant Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, address enquiries and complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Property Management & Compliance: Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate unit handovers and takeovers, and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and contractual obligations.
• Market Research & Reporting: Monitor rental market trends, competitor developments and pricing strategies while maintaining leasing reports, tenancy schedules and performance analysis.
• Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with residential sales enquiries, property viewings, marketing campaigns and project launches to maximise property exposure and leasing opportunities.
• Digital Marketing & Administrative Support: Develop engaging digital content, explore CRM and AI tools to enhance customer engagement, manage service provider payments and support daily operational activities.

Requirements

• Minimum a recognized Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field
• Strong interest in luxury residential real estate
• With 2-4 years of relevant experience in residential property leasing, sales, property marketing or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong interest will be considered
