Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience with management exposure.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board and valid Practising Certificate.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Nursing Department operations and ensure quality care and service standards.
• Lead and coach nursing staff; participate in projects and continuing education.
• Train and develop staff; manage performance and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, SNB, and Agency for Integrated Care guidelines.
