Job summary

The role requires a Degree in Nursing with a valid SNB practising certificate and 2–3 years of leadership experience in nursing settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with valid SNB practising certificate.
2–3 years of leadership experience in nursing management.
Strong knowledge of nursing standards, governance, QA, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
Lead quality assurance initiatives, nursing audits and follow-up on corrective actions.
Review policies and workflows to ensure they remain current and effective.
Oversee delivery of nursing care and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Facilitate smooth transitions of residents between care settings where appropriate.
Ensure appropriate nursing manpower and skill mix across shifts.
Lead, supervise and guide the nursing team.
Drive staff development, competency upgrading and in-house training.
Implement updated nursing practices, techniques and procedures.
Oversee orientation, induction and preceptorship for new staff.
