Job summary

Precious Homes seeks a Nursing Leader to oversee the Nursing Department in our Singapore home. The role blends strategic management and hands-on clinical leadership, coaching nurses, and guiding professional development.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive quality, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with other departments to deliver high‑quality elder care. Registration with SNB is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing and valid Practising Certificate.
• Min 5 years in nursing with management experience.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all Nursing Department operations in the Nursing Home.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary care teams and ensure effective communications.
• Maintain compliance with MOH, SNB and ICA requirements.
• Lead training and professional development of nursing staff.
• Drive quality improvement and patient-centred care initiatives.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Supervisors on issue resolution.
• Plan short and long-term nursing strategies and budgets.
