Responsibilities include discharge planning, staff rostering, and ensuring compliance with MOH, SNB, and AIC standards. Strong clinical knowledge and SNB registration are required, with at least 2 years in a senior nursing role.

Qualifications

• Hold valid SNB registration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Nurse Manager.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and maintain high operational efficiency with quality care and service standards.
• Provide leadership and management of the Nursing Department.
• Supervise care staff to meet care standards and customer service.
• Do discharge planning.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary team: Nurses, Nursing Aides, Healthcare Assistants, Physiotherapy Aides, Care Staff.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, SNB and AIC standards.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and leaves administration.
